Check In
Check in is any time after 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Check in details will be sent via text and email rather than visiting the lobby so you can go straight to your room and start relaxing. Don’t forget, we are available to assist you with any questions!
If you would like an early check-in during the week we will try to accommodate you, but it depends on when other guests check out. Please be aware that we do NOT allow early check-in or late check-out requests on weekends. If your room does become available before the regular check in time of 3:00 p.m. a staff member will reach out to you and let you know.
We ask that when you check out of your room, you leave the tag on your door that says checked out. This lets our small housekeeping staff get a jumpstart on their day.
Room Cleaning
A mid-stay cleaning is offered for stays of four nights or more. We are always happy to refresh towels and take out trash when needed. There are also extra towels in the lobby for your use.
Pets
We love fur babies but cannot accept pets at this time. Please be aware that guests who bring pets will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $500. As well as asked to leave the property without a refund of their reservation.
Smoking Policy
We are a non-smoking property and ask our guests to respect this. Any guest shown smoking on our property cameras or leave the room with evidence of cigarette smoke will be charged an additional fee of $125.
Cancellation
1st night stay will be non-refundable 5 days from your check-in date.
2nd night stay will be non-refundable 3 days before your check-in date.
Entire stay is non-refundable 24 hours before your original check-in date.
We have worked hard to have a fair and considerate cancellation policy. We are not responsible for weather changes, illness, or cancelled travel plans. Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
